Smoothie Recipes
A continuously updated list of my favorite smoothies.
Each recipe serves one, but they’re easily doubled.
Find my favorite protein powder brands here. I recommend vanilla or unsweetened for most recipes and then adding cacao powder for anything chocolate.
Directions unless otherwise stated — add all ingredients to a high speed blender, and blend until smooth.
🥬 Green Smoothies
Simple Greenie
1 large handful baby spinach
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 - 1/2 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
