I’m Here to Help You Reach That Heightened State of Wellbeing

I’ve done it for myself - and countless women around the world. Your turn

You, my dear, deserve to feel alive, energized, and beautiful in your skin.

  • No matter how busy your schedule.

  • No matter how much you juggle.

  • No matter the season of life.

While it might seem like a stretch - all things considered - you can find that version of yourself…

It just requires the right understanding of your unique health imbalances and the right support needed to correct them.

If I had to guess, you’ve likely tried a lot of things to address things like digestive discomfort, insomnia, fatigue, weight gain, mood challenges, and more.

But nothing has worked and the practitioners you’ve consulted with haven’t helped enough.

This is where that changes for you.

As a Functional Nutritionist who is devoted to root-case resolution (figuring out why your symptoms and issues are there in the first place), I specialize in helping women peel back the layers of their symptoms, eating habits, and lifestyle to help zero in on what needs to be fixed so you can finally thrive inside your life.

And rest assured - the “fixing” process is designed to fit into your schedule and lifestyle. That’s what makes it so effective and sustainable long term!

Now, I have to be honest with you…

I may have a Masters in Nutrition and be in the best health of my life. BUT, I’m also a woman who has struggled with a wide variety of health issues.

Think:

  • Eating disorders

  • 50-pound weight loss/gain

  • Gut imbalances

  • Adrenal dysfunction

  • Irregular menstrual cycles

  • High-stress

  • Anxiety attacks

  • Infertility

  • Auto-immune thyroid disease

I get what it’s like to have an incredibly full plate and have to deal with symptoms that need my attention + support.

While it’s certainly been a journey to navigate all of the above, I’m grateful for each and every challenge I faced.

Because they ultimately forced me to find a real, root cause solution - and to get to know my body and myself more deeply than I ever had before.

They also helped me find my true purpose and passion - helping other women with full lives to reach a heightened, sustainable state of wellbeing.

The unfortunate truth is that most women aren’t given the in-depth, personalized support they need inside our current healthcare system. I experienced this firsthand!

And so many of them are trying to piece together a solution on their own. I know I had to!

That’s why I’m so devoted to helping you skip all of the guessing and find a pathway forward that will help you meet the version of yourself - and your health - you desire.

A Peek Inside the Journey

Back in 2010, my life looked great on paper

I had graduated college with a degree in art history (after scrapping a pre-med major), moved to New York City for grad school, and was working my way up to Director in the blue-chip art world.

But behind the scenes? My relationship with my body (and self) was toxic. I struggled with self-confidence, body dysmorphia, digestion issues, binge eating, painful periods, and mild panic attacks.

Luckily, my single life in NYC was also what I needed to start healing. Because those studio apartments are small and you’re pretty much stuck with yourself day in, day out.

I wanted to love ME again. All of me. The first step? Getting back into the kitchen to cook nourishing, grounding meals. Food was a love language growing up, but I lost the connection in my teenage years.

So, I started to source ingredients from my local farmer’s market, making my meals vs. ordering delivery, and taking the time to tune into how food made my body feel physically and mentally. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was flooding my body with the nutrients it needed to heal – all by eating real food with intention. Within a few months, I was less bloated, my mood was lifted, and I felt a sense of lightness that had been absent for years.

After seeing firsthand how dramatically food choices affected me, I became a sponge for all things health and nutrition - and I decided to go back to school for certifications in holistic nutrition and wellness coaching (and eventually my master’s degree in clinical nutrition).

This led me to give up a very lucrative career to pursue my passion — helping women embrace, connect with and heal their bodies from a functional and spiritual level.

During this time, I rediscovered myself, learned the art + impact of daily ritual, and met my now husband. Life was flowing in a beautiful way. But a few years later life would throw a major curveball — fertility issues. (You can read more about my journey to motherhood here. Spoiler alert: I got pregnant and am now the mama to a little girl.)

And after giving birth, I was hit with another challenge — postpartum thyroiditis (read more about that here).

Time and time again — nutrition has saved me and given me the tools to keep thriving no matter what comes up. And I want to show you how to create the same thing in your life!

I’ve been in your shoes, and I know what it takes to overcome the obstacles you’re facing so you can finally feel balanced and know your body is working for you, with you.

Ready to take control too? Let’s do this together.
