Wellness should
support your life.

Not become your life.

You’re not starting from scratch.

You know protein matters. You exercise. You read the labels, take the supplements, and make a real effort to take care of yourself.

But lately, your energy doesn’t hold the way it used to. Hunger feels louder. Digestion is less predictable. Your clothes fit differently even though your habits haven’t changed all that much.

Maybe your labs are “normal.” Maybe a few numbers are starting to move in the wrong direction. Either way, you don’t feel as good as you know you could.

Nothing is on fire.

You’re simply tired of spending this much time thinking about your body and still wondering whether you’re doing the right things.

You don’t need another reset.

You need someone who can look at the whole picture and tell you what actually matters for you.

In a world full of health data, I help you know what actually matters for YOUR body.

Most practitioners look for what's wrong. I look for what's connected.

Your labs matter. Your symptoms matter. Your food matters.

But so does the life all of it is happening inside. Because the goal is not to become better at wellness. It’s to understand your body, trust your choices, and have a system that supports your life in the background.

Hi, I’m Erin Parekh

MS, CNS, LDN

I’m an Integrative and Functional Medicine Nutritionist, which means yes, I care about your labs, your hormones, your digestion, and what you eat.

But one of the first things I’ll ask you is:

“Walk me through a Tuesday.”

Because the science matters. But so does school drop-off, the meeting that runs through lunch, dinner with your family, the week you’re traveling, and whether the plan still works when life is full.

Most practitioners look for what's wrong.

I look for what's connected.

Then I help you make sense of it, decide what deserves your attention, and build a way of taking care of yourself that you can actually keep.

I learned to listen to my body’s cues and love my body again. I lost over 50 pounds and I cannot thank Erin enough for saving my life.

“I started working with Erin when I turned 50. Perimenopausal, autoimmune issues, heavy, depressed, no energy and no one could give me answers. We instantly connected and connected weekly to work on everything. I loved caffeine, no sleep, skipping meals, high stress and none of these habits were helping my ultimate goal of being healthy, losing weight and feeling good.

Over the course of our time together, I learned what works best for my body, reviewed labs and found appropriate supplements, reduced the inflammation that had been plaguing me, learned to listen to my body’s cues and love my body again. I lost over 50 pounds and I cannot thank her enough for saving my life.”

Seeing and truly feeling that progress kept me going.

“I was lucky enough to find Erin as I was about to hit the milestone of turning 40 and really struggling with being on the hamster wheel of yoyo dieting, an unhealthy relationship with food, and just overall feeling exhausted with trying to chase "healthy". Erin immediately was able to arm me with tools that allowed me to experience an improvement in how I felt - my energy, my hunger and nourishment, and progress on my insomnia - in a matter of weeks. Seeing and truly feeling that progress kept me going.

As a coach, I would describe Erin as supportive, engaged, and pragmatic. She's helped me find what works for me to feel my best. She also supported me through a fertility journey of seven rounds of IVF and I credit her coaching to finally having a breakthrough.

Now, as I transition into motherhood, I've leaned on Erin to help support and navigate what this all looks like going forward. I am forever grateful to Erin and what she's done for not just my physical health but my mental health as well. It's helped me show up as a better wife, friend, sister, daughter, and now mom.”

I was really determined to take control of my health, not just for me, but for my family, too.

“I contacted Erin to address a few problems that had been lingering since I gave birth to twins five years ago: constant fatigue, dizziness, a feeling of heaviness and dull pain throughout my body, irregular periods, and mild endometriosis. After years of feeling this way, I was really determined to take control of my health, not just for me, but for my family, too.

Erin pointed out where I had many hidden energy sucks in my daily meals. Tips like drinking way more water, and replacing my morning cereal with an omelet, gave me immediate results in terms of more energy. Erin provided me with a great meal plan, recipes, and zeroed in on the best-quality vitamins and supplements, saving me lots of research. As a result, I have been able to work her recommendations into my life very easily.

The most amazing part of it: the constant pain I felt in my body disappeared within a few weeks! I always thought I just had to live with that pain and I can't believe it was related to food.”

    Erin quickly became my guide.

“When my husband and I started trying to have a baby, I was always terrified of having to go through fertility treatments. As the months ticked on with no luck, and we decided to go that route, I felt like I was entering the most scary and unknown world. It's around that time that I found Erin, and she just so happened to be "ahead" of me on a similar path. She quickly became my guide, my mentor, and truly HELD me throughout my entire process.

I turned to her for everything — nutrition and supplement advice to best support my body through IVF, mental health breakdowns, SO. MANY. QUESTIONS, and just overall deep support. This journey of trying to become a mother is not for the faint of heart, and every woman deserves an "Erin" in her corner — she provided that strong, soothing, calm, wise, knowledgeable presence in my life when I've needed it most and has been a crucial part of my story. Thank you Erin!! xoxo.”

Erin’s approach is very flexible and supportive. It’s something I can stick with.

“I was frustrated with post-menopausal weight gain, particularly around my abdomen. I had tried many different diet and exercise programs but was continuing to gain weight and inches. I was ready to have liposuction, because I was unable to lose the weight on my own.

However, in 3 months of working with Erin, I lost 12 pounds and 2 inches off my waist, using a sustainable eating program. Her approach is very flexible and supportive. I don't feel hungry or deprived and know this is something that I can stick with to make continued improvement.”
