I’m Erin Parekh, Integrative & Functional Medicine Nutritionist
First, please know this:
I 1000% get what you’re going through because I’ve been there too – desperately wanting to get to the root of my health issues, trying every diet that came my way, and never being fully happy with my body.
And I dealt with so many challenges that women face today - disordered eating, irregular periods, adrenal dysfunction, gut imbalances, fertility issues that led me through several rounds of IVF, and postpartum auto-immmue thyroiditis.
But these experiences not only led me to awaken to a powerful truth: the right nutrition can change your life.
Yet, there were so many gaps in the care I received and so little focus on using food as medicine to heal our body, mind, and soul. This lit a fire in me to do something about that and educate and support women so they feel fully at home in their bodies.
So, I decided to change careers, go back to school, and obtain my master’s degree and board certification in clinical nutrition. So that I can guide you on your own health transformation.

Some clients are good to go and graduate after the program, while others want continued care and move into one of our maintenance packages.

I work with your PCP to order a basic lab panel with a few extras to assess your baseline.
From there, I may suggest we add on functional tests to look at your GI health, nutrient levels, or hormone balance.
That all being said, what we focus on most is the person behind the labs. You’re so much more than a set of data points. We use functional and conventional lab tests as a tool to accelerate results.
You receive a $500 lab credit upon program enrollment to use towards the cost of any suggested labs, which range between $350-$500 each.

Yes and no. I don’t believe in providing a set meal plan for you to follow for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because it can feel restricting and overwhelming. But I know you need guidance, which is why I provide a loose framework and recipes so you know what to fuel your body with throughout the day without feeling like you have to eat within the confines of a set meal plan or measure out ingredients.

I’m obligated to follow individual state laws and regulations with regard to nutritional advice. Based on where you’re located, my program options and what’s included in your package may vary slightly - specifically with regard to supplement recommendations and lab testing.
