This is how I make all of my quinoa - whether for salads, pilaf, or a side. It comes together in about 25 minutes and is a meal prep staple.
Raspberry Chia Jam
I keep a version of this jam in our fridge at all times. It's lightly sweetened with honey and thickened with superfood chia seeds. I love it topped on toast or swirled into yogurt.
