    Pantry sweeps work the same way. Erin will show you what’s in her pantry, fridge, and freezer via video and you’ll show her items in your kitchen as well. We’ll even chat cookware and appliances.

  • That’s the goal! I believe with the right strategy and recipes you can cook (mostly) the same meal for everyone. It’s all about how you present the different components.

  • Not at all. I believe in the power of real food and keeping it basic. Sure I’ll suggest some different spice blends and share my favorite healthy swaps for snacking (chips, cookies, etc), but the beauty of working with me directly is that we’ll create a plan that works within your budget.

  • Generally speaking only a few hours each week to prep and grocery shop. Then most of my dinner recipes come together in 30-minute or less and can also be prepped in advance for busy weeknights.
