Kitchen Clean-out + Grocery Store Run
In this 2.5 hour one-time session, we’ll start by going through your fridge and pantry, weeding out the junk and discussing healthier alternatives.
Then, we’ll head to your local grocery store to restock with good-for-you foods and my can’t-live-without essentials. I’ll educate you on products and ingredients in order to be a more informed consumer. Plus, we’ll talk about my favorite tips and tricks for navigating the aisles with ease!
