Additional Information:

Choose LEVEL ONE if you're new to clean eating and/or if your current diet relies heavily on packaged, processed foods. This option is also good for those proclaimed "sugar addicts". It's a basic introduction to plant-forward, vegan eating (incorporating lots of leafy greens, healthy fats, gluten-free grains, and plant-based protein sources such as lentils and chickpeas).

LEVEL TWO is for someone who's already done at least one seasonal, whole foods reset and wants to step it up. Choose this plan if your diet is already free from processed foods and you feel your blood sugar is stable. For this program, we remove the grains and legumes too (focusing instead on lots of leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, smoothies + juices, healthy fats, and root vegetables. If you've done our Level One program before, then we definitely encourage you to give Level Two a shot!
