My Signature Private Coaching Program

Creating lasting change doesn't happen overnight. That's why I've designed a 90-day framework that I tailor to each client's individual goals.

What to expect: 

During our initial sessions, we'll identify your goals and create an action plan around them. I'll then hold you accountable and help you integrate your new healthy habits into daily life. 

For the first 30-days, we'll build a proper foundation by focusing on nutrition and balancing your diet with whole, nutrient dense foods.

Days 31-60 are where the transformation starts to happen. We'll of course still focus on nutrition, but we'll also dive into mindfulness, intuitive eating, and start tweaking lifestyle habits (like sleep, stress management, and exercise).

By days 61-90, you'll really start to notice the changes you've made. This phase is all about building confidence and fine tuning everything you've learned and accomplished thus far. It's my job to help you keep your eye on the prize, but to also let you spread your wings a little to make sure old behaviors don't creep back into the picture.

  • Initial deep dive 60-minute session to review intake forms and discuss your individualized plan, in person or over the phone
  • Weekly, 30-minute coaching sessions, in person or over the phone (11 total)
  • Personalized written plan with my nutritional and lifestyle recommendations 
  • Unlimited email and text support between sessions (ask me anything!)
  • Weekly accountability check-ins to keep you motivated and on track
  • Suggested recipes and meal planning ideas
  • Menu selections for eating out while traveling and at your favorite local restaurants
  • A curated list of kitchen essentials and recommended brands
